CLO3D/CAD

After receiving a subscription to the program for Christmas, I downloaded CLO3D and began building my skills in CAD. While I would say I still prefer more traditional methods of conceptualization, it is an incredible tool to test pattern adjustments and to visualize garments quickly, as opposed to having to undergo the process of creating a toile for brainstorming reasons. While there are undoubtedly some aspects of design that cannot be replicated digitally, I have really grown to love using the program in order to enhance my design process both in a creative sense and a technical one.
